NEW Blood Bank Specialist – DAY Shift | South of Boston, MA
Looking for a new opportunity to put your transfusion service expertise to work? This day shift Blood Bank Specialist role offers a chance to join a well-established hospital team just 30–40 minutes south of Boston.
What You’ll Do:

Perform and oversee all technical phases of transfusion service operations

Conduct advanced antibody investigations and complex crossmatch testing

Collaborate closely with physicians and lab staff to ensure high-quality results
-
Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
-
BS/BA in Medical Technology or related field
-
MT(ASCP) certification required
-
5+ years of transfusion service experience, including complex antibody work
-
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and patient safety
Schedule:

Day shift, full-time
