Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (Nights; rotating weekends & holidays)

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician to work in a modern, full-service hospital laboratory that values precision, teamwork, and professional growth.

In this role, you’ll perform a variety of complex lab tests to support accurate diagnosis and patient care. You’ll have the chance to work across multiple departments and contribute directly to improving patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform and report high-complexity laboratory testing across core disciplines

• Verify, interpret, and troubleshoot abnormal or discrepant results

• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments, ensuring reliable performance

• Support continuous improvement and uphold strict quality standards

• Collaborate with medical staff and mentor laboratory science students

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related biological/chemical science

• ASCP certification (or equivalent) required

• Minimum 1 year of high-complexity testing experience

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality patient care
