Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lab Testing Manager to lead our Clinical Laboratory operations in the Bay Area. This is a leadership role ideal for a CLS-certified professional with proven people management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 4 supervisors and approximately 40 laboratory staff (15 CLS + 20 CLT).

• Oversee operations across multiple clients in a 24/7 environment.

• Ensure quality and compliance in all laboratory testing processes.

• Support and develop staff through mentorship, training, and performance management.

• Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices and operational improvements.

Qualifications:

• Current CLS certification required.

• Strong leadership and people management experience.

• Blood center experience is a plus.

• Must already be local to the Bay Area.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
