Shift Details

• Full-time, 80 hours biweekly

• Day shift, Monday through Friday

• On-call rotation for weekends and holidays

Your Role

• Direct and supervise technical staff in the Blood Bank

• Coordinate schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations

• Provide training and mentorship to team members

• Support budgeting, department goals, and quality initiatives

• Perform laboratory testing and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety

• Collaborate with medical staff on laboratory-related services
