We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Director for a permanent leadership opportunity in the greater Wheeling, WV / Ohio Valley area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced laboratory leader ready to oversee clinical laboratory operations, staff, quality, compliance, and day-to-day performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• ASCP certification required
• Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a Laboratory Manager or Director
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of laboratory quality, regulatory, and compliance standards
Compensation:
$104,582.40 – $156,852.80 annually, based on experience
