Testing Lab Operations Manager in Bay Area, California

I'm hiring for an Testing Lab Operations Manager in California! My client is looking for local candidates only. The Manager will manage 4 Supervisors and a team of about 40 CLS/CLT's.

The Testing Lab Operations Manager will be responsible for managing supervisors as well as directly supervising the work of laboratory personnel engaged in performing routine and specialized technical procedures, including planning laboratory work, evaluating work performed and handling procedural and technical laboratory problems.

Location: Near Los Altos, CA
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: Days
Requirements: College degree; CA license; BLS cert; at least 1-2 years prior supervisory experience; at least 5-7 years of experience in a lab or blood center
Pay: 150k-250k/yr
