Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Cytotechnologist to join our Cytology Laboratory team in Gainesville, FL. This full-time position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a stable work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform microscopic examination of cytologic specimens to detect abnormalities and diseases.

• Prepare and evaluate cytology slides with high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Collaborate with pathologists and laboratory staff to ensure quality diagnostic results.

• Maintain compliance with all laboratory safety and regulatory standards.

• Document findings and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Cytotechnologist (ASCP or equivalent).

• Proven experience working in a clinical cytology laboratory preferred.

• Strong knowledge of cytology techniques and lab safety protocols.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
