What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (MHA or MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of laboratory leadership experience in an integrated delivery system
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, managing change, and driving operational excellence
- Experience with LIS systems (EPIC Beaker preferred) and regulatory compliance
