Cytotechnologist – Tucson, AZ

A well-established laboratory in Tucson, Arizona is actively seeking a Cytotechnologist to join their diagnostic team. This is a full-time, permanent direct hire opportunity with excellent benefits and a collaborative work environment.

Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:

• Microscopic evaluation of gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytology specimens

• Identification of cellular abnormalities including malignancies, infections, and other pathologic changes

• Preparation of accurate diagnostic reports

• Collaboration with pathologists and laboratory team members

• Compliance with all lab safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field

• Completion of an accredited Cytotechnology program

• ASCP Cytotechnologist (CT) certification required

• Experience preferred, but new grads with certification are encouraged to apply
