Job Description

Manager, Laboratory Services

Location: Milton, Wisconsin

Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift

Schedule: 80 hours per two weeks, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee laboratory operations with 24/7 accountability
  • Cultivate and guide team members to uphold high standards of care
  • Collaborate closely with a team of 5 managers and a director
  • Contribute to organization-wide quality and innovation initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a laboratory setting
  • Preferred certification with ASCP
  • Experience in a multi-hospital system and familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies are advantageous
