Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician
Location: Nicholasville, KY
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: $50,000 annually

Job Summary:
A clinical laboratory in Nicholasville, KY is seeking a dedicated Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join its team. In this role, you will perform a variety of diagnostic laboratory tests that contribute to high-quality patient care. This is a great opportunity to work a steady schedule in a collaborative lab environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate testing in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab instrumentation

  • Record, analyze, and report test results with precision and efficiency

  • Follow established laboratory protocols and quality control standards

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Work closely with lab staff and clinical team members

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field

  • ASCP or equivalent certification preferred but not required

  • Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
