A well-established hospital laboratory in Kirkland, NY is seeking a seasoned Cytotechnologist to bring their expertise to a high-performing clinical team. Location: On-site in Kirkland, NY
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift (Hours Flexible)
Salary: Commensurate with experience; competitive compensation package available

What You’ll Do:

• Perform expert screening and evaluation of cytology specimens, including both GYN and non-GYN

• Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and workflow improvements

• Serve as a senior resource to junior cytotechnologists and laboratory personnel

• Collaborate directly with pathologists to resolve complex or ambiguous cases

• Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, and NYS Department of Health standards

• Maintain high documentation standards and assist with training and procedure updates
