Job Description
A respected healthcare facility in Gainesville, FL is seeking two full-time Cytotechnologists to join their laboratory team. Work a day shift schedule in a dynamic environment focused on quality diagnostics and patient care.
Location: On-site in Gainesville, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift (specific hours vary)
What You’ll Do:

Perform cytological screening and evaluation with precision and attention to detail

Collaborate closely with pathologists and lab staff to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic results

Maintain compliance with laboratory quality control and safety standards

Process and document cytology specimens according to protocols

Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives within the laboratory
