Schedule: Full Time | On-site
Salary Range: $117,249 – $169,998

About the Role:

As Laboratory Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of Clinical Lab Scientists and Lab Assistants, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency in all lab activities. You’ll play a key role in operational planning, compliance oversight, and supporting patient-centered care through high-quality diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily lab operations, including workflow, staffing, and adherence to testing protocols

  • Oversee a multidisciplinary team of Clinical Lab Scientists and Lab Assistants

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (TJC, DHS, CLIA '88) and institutional policies

  • Monitor quality assurance metrics and implement process improvements

  • Collaborate with leadership on operational goals, resource planning, and strategic initiatives

  • Maintain a deep understanding of clinical testing, lab procedures, and scientific principles
