Now Hiring: Laboratory Supervisor | Full-Time | Day Shift (M–F)

We’re working with a respected lab organization in the region that’s actively hiring a Laboratory Supervisor for a Monday–Friday day shift (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM) role. Weekend and holiday coverage may occasionally be needed, but the core schedule is steady and predictable.

This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role in a collaborative, process-driven lab environment with strong organizational support and benefits.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and evaluate lab personnel and training

• Oversee reagent prep, quality assurance, and documentation

• Conduct competency assessments and preventive maintenance

• Troubleshoot high-complexity instrumentation

• Help manage lab supply levels and contribute to process improvements
