A respected healthcare facility in a scenic and close-knit mountain community is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) to join its clinical lab team. This full-time, onsite position offers a dynamic role for professionals who enjoy working as generalists across all major lab disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of diagnostic testing with accuracy and attention to compliance

• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and LIS systems

• Review and update procedures to reflect current best practices and regulatory standards

• Communicate critical values appropriately and document per protocol

• Participate in quality assurance, safety, and continuing education initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate’s degree in a laboratory science or MLT program (or equivalent per CLIA standards)

• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)

• 2+ years of generalist experience preferred; strong new grads are welcome

• Professional certification strongly preferred (ASCP or equivalent)

• Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and commitment to regulatory compliance
