A respected healthcare facility in coastal Maine is seeking a skilled Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join its clinical laboratory team. This full-time night shift position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential diagnostic services to the community.
Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician, you will:

Perform diagnostic tests in all areas of the laboratory, including hematology, chemistry, blood bank, microbiology, and more

Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment

Analyze test results and communicate findings to healthcare providers

Ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards

Document and maintain accurate records of laboratory procedures and results

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care
