About the Role

As a Clinical Lab Technologist, you’ll play a vital role in the lab's operations by processing specimens, interpreting results, and maintaining the reliability of lab instruments during the evening hours when efficiency and independence are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a broad range of laboratory tests in areas such as chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, immunology, and microbiology

  • Collect, process, and analyze specimens in accordance with protocol

  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers

  • Interpret and verify results before communicating findings to medical staff

  • Ensure quality assurance procedures are followed and documented

  • Maintain accurate records and uphold all safety and regulatory standards
