Salary: $28 - $39 per hour
Job Description
- Seeking a Lead Med Tech with experience in a supervisory role and a minimum of 5 years of bench work experience.
- Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the activities of the evening shift Med Tech team.
- Ensuring compliance with laboratory procedures, quality control, and regulatory guidelines.
- Training and mentoring staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Handling troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS).
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory operations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
