Medical Laboratory Technician in Minnesota

Perm – Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) – Days – Crystal, MN

A leading healthcare provider in the Crystal, MN area is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join their Oncology/Hematology team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday day shift position with no on-call or weekend requirements.

Position Details:

• Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts between 7am–5pm (Monday–Friday)

• Start Date: 6/23/2025

• Hourly Pay Range: $23.66 – $33.00 (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and evaluate clinical specimens

• Perform waived and moderately complex lab testing

• Analyze and validate test results based on patient conditions

• Perform quality control and instrument maintenance

• Participate in specimen troubleshooting and data entry

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the lab

• Assist with inventory and reference lab coordination

• Support compliance with all regulatory and safety protocols

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED – Required

• Associate degree in Medical Technology or Laboratory Science – Required

• ASCP Certification – Required

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical lab experience – Required

• Strong knowledge of lab safety and infection control

• Skilled in using standard lab equipment and software
