Day Shift Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Technician Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Technician to join our highly respected healthcare facility located just outside Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in specimen collection and processing, as well as conducting a variety of clinical lab tests to aid in accurate diagnosis and treatment for patients of all ages.

Position Highlights:

• Day shift schedule
• 40 Hours Per 2 Week Pay Period
• Perform waived and moderately complex testing
• Troubleshoot instruments and specimen issues
• Validate and report accurate lab results
• Assist in quality control, maintenance, and compliance efforts

What You’ll Need:

• Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technician or Laboratory Science (or Bachelor’s in Medical Technology/Clinical Lab Science)
• Experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of CLIA, Federal, and State regulations
• ASCP/AMT certification or eligibility preferred
