Cytotechnologist – Day Shift (Multiple Openings)

A well-established reference laboratory in Tucson, Arizona is seeking multiple Cytotechnologists to join their team. These are day shift, full-time (40 hours/week) positions offering excellent benefits and a generous sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and evaluate gynecological (Pap tests) and non-gynecological (NGYN and FNA) specimens

• Accurately identify and interpret cellular abnormalities

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lab standards

• Collaborate with pathologists and lab professionals for diagnostic review

• Uphold all regulatory and quality control requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and completion of an accredited Cytotechnology program

• Current Pap PT required

• ASCP certification up to date (if applicable)

• Must meet CLIA '88 requirements for high complexity testing

• Prefer candidates willing to screen NGYN and FNA cases

• Strong attention to detail and excellent diagnostic judgment
