A reputable laboratory near Greenville, SC is actively hiring a full-time Cytotechnologist to join their team. This is a day shift position with a Monday through Friday schedule and a competitive compensation rate up to $38.73/hour, depending on experience.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, permanent position

• Day shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday

• No weekends or holidays required

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and interpret gynecologic cytology specimens

• Identify abnormal and suspicious cells with accuracy

• Document and report findings in accordance with laboratory procedures

• Maintain QA standards and participate in proficiency testing

• Collaborate with pathologists and lab staff to ensure timely diagnostic support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and completion of an accredited Cytotechnology program

• ASCP certification (CT) required

• Must meet CLIA and state requirements for high-complexity cytology testing

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
