Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Lab Scientist to join our team. As a Medical Lab Scientist, you will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and procedures, analyzing patient samples, and providing essential diagnostic information to aid in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on patient samples

• Analyze and interpret laboratory results to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning

• Maintain accurate records of test results and follow up on any discrepancies

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment

• Follow safety procedures and quality control measures

• Ensure proper handling and storage of specimens

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field

• Certification as a Medical Lab Scientist (ASCP or equivalent)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred

• Ability to troubleshoot and perform quality control measures
