Clinical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Laboratory Technologist - Transfusion Services

NEW Permanent CLS - Transfusion Services in Palm Springs, California

Seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) strong in blood bank/transfusion services. The ideal candidate will possess a California-approved equivalency of CLS. A California state CLS license is required, and preference will be given to candidates with one or more years of experience working in a hospital laboratory setting in transfusion services.

Shift: 4x10 NIGHT shift (every other weekend included)

Qualifications:

• Required: California state CLS license.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Preferred: One or more years of experience working in a hospital laboratory in blood bank/transfusion services.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing laboratory tests and analyses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and healthcare providers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy of patient information.

Pay Range: $43-$64/hr depending on experience
