- Associates degree in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution or Bachelor degree in medical laboratory science/medical technology from an accredited college or university. Or Bachelor degree in chemical, physical or biological sciences.
- Clinical laboratory testing experience preferred.
- ASCP or equivalent preferred but not required.
