The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an MT/MLT and prior lead or supervisory is preferred. Potential candidate must have an Associate's degree to be considered and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Responsibilities of the Laboratory Supervisor:

• Provides day to day supervision to the laboratory team for both operations and human resources management.
• Provides technical direction and develops, monitors, and takes appropriate action to improve overall departmental quality, as outlined by performance standards.
• Ensures training and competency assessments are completed.

Requirements of the Laboratory Supervisor:

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Medical Technology or related biological science
• ASCP/AMT certification as a MT or MLT
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a MLT or MT, prior lead or supervisor experience is preferred.
