Responsibilities of the Clinical Laboratory Technologist/Generalist:
- The CLS/MT performs clinical laboratory procedures and examinations and any other tests or procedures conducted by a clinical laboratory
- Maintaining equipment and records, and performing quality assurance activities related to examination performance.
Minimum Requirements for the CLT/Generalist Position:
- Candidates must be qualified as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist in accordance with New York State Department of Health regulations.
- Generalist experience required
- Blood banking, Chemistry and Hematology experience is a plus
