Interested candidates must have a California CLS license and should be experienced as a generalist. New graduates will be considered and candidates should be interested in working within a small, tight-knit laboratory.

Responsibilities of the Microbiology Medical Technologist

• Abide by laboratory protocol and procedures.
• Must be comfortable with the workload that comes with larger facilities
• Provides information for patient diagnosis and treatment by performing laboratory tests in all assigned departments.
• Able to use various types of machinery, lab equipment, and complex computer programs to perform the test.

Requirements of the Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist:

• At least one year of experience is preferred
• CA CLS licensed as a generalist
• Trained in an accredited MT program
• Generalist experience/trained
