Our client located near Silver City, NM is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Lead Tech to join their team in a mid-size acute care hospital. This is a permanent full-time, day shift weekdays only position. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience and have current certification by ARRT or NMTCB as well as current certification by the State of New Mexico in Nuclear Medicine.

Requirements of the Nuclear Medicine Lead Tech:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Must have current certification by ARRT or NMTCB
- Must have current certification by the State of New Mexico in Nuclear Medicine or be eligible
- CPR certification is required
Responsibilities of the Nuclear Medicine Lead Tech:
- Collaborates and participates with Department Director, Department Management Team, Radiologists, and Medical Staff in the department's decision making, structure, and processes.
- Responsible for directing the daily operation of the Nuclear Medicine Department, including staff scheduling, productivity, monitoring all operational aspects, safety, Quality Control, problem identification and resolution, hiring, and discipline.
- This position provides service to patients throughout the life span including newborns, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric age groups.
