We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as Administrative Assistant. You will be responsible for many clerical tasks to ensure the staff can communicate and work efficiently. The job involves answering phone calls, greeting visitors, distributing mail, and preparing communications.
Job Description
- Responsibilities include using Excel and Access, creating complex presentations using PowerPoint, creating charts and graphs using various database information.
- Other duties include assistance with training class scheduling, ensuring proper classroom setup, creating surveys, and performing general administrative duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements.
Skills Required
- 2 years relevant experience required.
- Bilingual - can read write Speak (English, Spanish or French)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Customer interaction
- Proficiency in Word & Excel
- Data Entry
- Typing 40 – 50 words per minute
- Experience Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable
- Creating Reports
