As a Billing Administrator with AB Staffing Solutions, you will serve as the main point of contact and be required to liaise with the sales and payroll departments.
Purchase Order Tracking

  • Review all purchase orders closely and collaborate with sales to ensure the accuracy and validity of the terms of all purchase orders issued by all clients.
  • Save and maintain all purchase orders in a manner that is consistent and easy to find.
  • Maintain an effective tracking system, tracking the lifecycle of each purchase order to provide real-time visibility to sales and upper management.
  • Prepare and provide weekly reporting to sales on all purchase orders.
  • Track invoices in purchase order tracking system to ensure funding availability.
  • Notify sales on purchase orders that need additional funding or are soon to expire, or any other issues that may arise.
  • Drive process improvements.

Billing

  • Record valid purchase order numbers into software.
  • Verify bill rates pertaining to each purchase order in software to ensure flawless billing cycles.
  • Notify payroll department of any specialty billing job orders.
  • Review upcoming Job Orders for accuracy – bill rates, Purchase order number, etc.
  • Review the accuracy of all new purchase order numbers on invoicing

Other

  • Assist in the process of e-invoicing for clients that require it if needed.
  • Additional tasks as assigned

To qualify for the Billing Administrator role with us, you must have excellent customer service skills, as well as:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with STRONG Excel skills.
  • Must be able to follow direction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organization and the ability to work independently in a time sensitive environment.
  • Willingness to take ownership of this job.
