What they’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in finance, business or other related field.
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience of provider billing/revenue cycle experience.
Hours and compensation potential:
• Day shift.
• The range is between 70K-90K depending on experience.
• Full benefits package.
What you’ll be doing:
Manages and directly participates in the performance of the revenue cycle operations of the Hospital and the Medical Group to maintain a high functioning revenue cycle department.
Plans, organizes, and directs overall operations of patient accounting functions for both hospital and professional billing.
Manages and directly supervises daily operations of the billing, follow up and denial processes.
Determines work schedules, monitors performance, resolves technical and project issues and educates staff.

-Looking for someone already residing in Ohio.
-Position reports to the Director of Revenue Cycle who is well respected.
-Position will have a remote component(50/50) once settled in and will need to be within an hour so they can attend meeting and such.
-Opportunity to work with a great group of individuals and the position oversees provider(physician offices, etc.) billing, not hospital billing.
