Hospital in scenic Colorado is seeking a permanent Nurse Director to oversee their Medical Surgical Unit. BSN is required with 3+ years of clinical experience in the Medical Surgical Department. Previous leadership experience is also required. Excellent Compensation Package including Relocation!
Hospital in scenic Colorado is seeking a permanent Nurse Director to oversee their Medical Surgical Unit. BSN is required with 3+ years of clinical experience in the Med-Surg Department. Previous leadership experience is also required.
Responsibilities of the RN Med/Surg Director
- Serves as day-to-day leader of the operations and strategic goals of the departments.
- Maintains staffing, fiscal needs, case load, payroll and education of the departments.
- Will oversee a staff of 60+ FTE's
Requirements of the Medical/Surgical Director
- BSN
- 3+ years of clinical experience
- Previous leadership experience is required
