Job Description
Medical Assistant - MOBILE
We are recruiting for Medical Assistants to support statewide COVID-19 testing. This position will involve travel to multiple facilities. This is for the Hartford Region.
Medical Assistant Responsibilities- Travel to healthcare facilities to test employees and patients for COVID-19
- Gathering mandatory information from patients and verifying their identities.
- Appropriately storing samples
- Accurately labeling samples.
- Maintaining accurate patient records, which includes detailing any medical issues experienced by patients during collection procedures that may affect the accuracy of test results.
Medical Assistant Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with similar testing (ie flu) is helpful
- Registered Medical Assistant
- 1+ years of experience
