Position Overview

Step into a rewarding career as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in a busy outpatient clinic setting where patient care, collaboration, and clinical excellence are prioritized every day. This full-time day shift role (80 hours per 2-week pay period) operates within clinic hours of 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with no weekends or on-call requirements—offering a predictable, work-life-friendly schedule.

As a CMA, you’ll support providers in delivering personalized care to a diverse patient population across the lifespan. You’ll play an integral role in improving customer experience through clinical tasks, workflow efficiency, and a team-centered approach to care.

Highlights of the Position

  • Standard rooming of patients, medication administration, and lab specimen collection

  • Give immunizations and injections per provider direction

  • Provide clinical support via prescription refills, telephone follow-up, and patient education

  • Perform front-desk duties and assist with prior authorizations when needed

  • Assist in x-ray or lab duties (if certified or willing to complete certification exam)

  • Collaborate with RNs, providers, and clinic leadership on care delivery and process improvement

  • Maintain clinical competencies in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies
