Administrative Assistant

NEW Administrative Assistant Opening - Greater Boston Area

• Permanent full time position
• 8 hour shifts, Mon-Fri
• This position is in the outpatient setting with a concierge cardiology/internal medicine practice
• Qualifications
  • Excellent customer relation skills and patient needs orientation.
  • Must be willing and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to identify emergent situations, formulate solutions, and execute such with minimum direction from supervisor.
  • Must have excellent attention to details and time management skills.
  • Must have basic computing, typing, and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Must be facile with Windows and MS-Word and other Microsoft Office applications; specialized online medical
    technologies, instant messaging, and the Internet.
  • At least 6 months’ experience working in a hospital, clinic or other medical setting strongly preferred.
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work alone and within a team effectively.
  • Must have respectful, courteous, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and judgment.
  • Outstanding prioritization and organizational techniques.
  • Previous EMR experience strongly preferred. EPIC is a plus, but not required.
