Join a Compassionate, Growth-Focused ABA Therapy Team
A mission-driven pediatric therapy provider is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with ASD and developmental delays. You'll work both in-home/clinic and remotely, fostering individualized treatment plans within a supportive family-centered culture that partners closely with families to celebrate small daily successes.

Position Overview
This full-time role features a hybrid schedule with planned work-from-home days to enhance your work-life balance. You’ll lead clinical services, including developing behavior plans, supervising teams, collaborating with families, and engaging in meaningful research and growth initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavioral support plans

  • Monitor and adapt programming based on client progress and treatment outcomes

  • Collaborate with parents, clinicians, and treatment teams to review case progress and adjust strategies

  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to junior clinicians and therapists

  • Handle communication with funding sources regarding client authorizations and progress documentation

  • Maintain caseload of billable hours while managing supervisory duties

Work Schedule

  • Full-time with a combination of in-person and scheduled remote “work-from-home” days—supporting both client sessions and administrative responsibilities
