Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Clinical Supervisor
An LCSW Clinical Supervisor is needed in Princeton, NJ.

Responsibilities
- Setting: Outpatient behavioral health practice
- Role: Full-time Clinical Supervisor (no caseload required)
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday with daytime and evening availability; reduced hours on Friday
- Team Served: LSWs, LACs, provisionally licensed clinicians, and licensed therapists
- EMR: Web-based platform for documentation, scheduling, and billing
- Caseload: Approximately 20 clients
- Having regular meetings with the governing board, department heads, and practitioners
- Overseeing and reviewing practitioners' work procedures
- Counseling, motivating, and disciplining practitioners, and referring advanced issues to upper management
- Conducting performance reviews
- Ensuring practitioners comply with licensure and registration requirements
- Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and quality of clinical documentation
- Assisting practitioners by supervising complex cases
- Enhancing operations by ensuring sufficient staffing and adequate access to services
- Developing programs and ensuring compliance with procedures and policies
- Leading case consultations and supporting clinical development
- Promoting evidence-based, ethical, and culturally responsive care
- Supporting treatment planning, documentation standards, and clinical decision-making
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work (MSW)
- Active New Jersey LCSW license in good standing
- Minimum of three years of full post-licensure clinical experience
- Completion of a Board-approved clinical supervision course (such as the NASW-NJ 20-hour clinical supervision course)
- Must meet New Jersey Board requirements to provide clinical supervision
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship abilities
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred
- Commitment to clinical excellence, compliance, and quality of care
