Hybrid Remote LCSW Supervisor (Bilingual)

A Bilingual (Spanish/English) LCSW Supervisor is needed for one of Marin County's only ASW Social Work Fellowship programs in Novato, CA.

This position offers hybrid-remote flexibility, with 40% remote and 60% on-site. The LCSW Fellowship Supervisor will have split time between seeing their own patients and training ASWs in the fellowship program.

The program has a specific focus: First-generation bicultural clinicians aspiring to become LCSWs. The patient panel is also largely first-generation and bicultural. We are seeking candidates with a passion for training bicultural clinicians and serving bicultural clients.

Part-time hours are available, as are full-time (between 0.6 FTE - 1.0 FTE). Candidate's choice.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range: $112,000 to $142,000 (depending on experience)
• Sign on bonus: $20,000 (program terms apply -- paid at 30 days)

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3 to 4 ASWs in the fellowship training program (1.5 days out of the week if full-time)
• 4 patients per day (3.5 days of seeing patients, 1.5 days of supervising/teaching in the fellowship program for full-time).
• Maintain appropriate staff levels and participate in recruitment.
• Onboard, train, and support continued development of staff.
• Co-leads the ASW training program
• Co-teaches weekly didactic seminars on a variety of topics related to integrated behavioral health practice.
• Provide evidence-based treatment to patients (adults and children) with mild to moderate behavioral health needs.
• EMR system is EPIC
• Reports to the Associate Director of Behavioral Health

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required – must be able to provide 1 on 1 therapy sessions in Spanish.
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience.
• Experience with managing or supervising clinical staff/ASWs is highly preferred.
• Employer requires that all employees provide paperwork stating they have received the COVID shots, unless you have an exemption; in which case, provide the exemption paperwork.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a valid California State License and Registration.
