Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000
• Sign on bonus - $4,000

Responsibilities

• Multiple Schedules to chose from: Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm), Four 10 hour shifts, or 3 days a week
• 100% outpatient
• Provide behavioral health services to patients of all ages
• Collaborate closely with medical and pharmacy staff to support patient care plans
• Deliver integrated care through warm hand-offs with medical teams
• Conduct a range of counseling services including: Individual, couples, family therapy, group and substance use disorder counseling

Requirements

• Clear and active LCSW or LPC license in the state of Virginia
