We're recruiting for a Lead Histology Technician/Histotechnologist opportunity with a hospital in Mid-Michigan.
This position could be an excellent next step for an experienced Histotech who enjoys technical laboratory work but is also interested in contributing to workflow, quality, and team development.

What We're Looking For
An experienced histology professional with:

Strong tissue processing, embedding, microtomy, and staining skills

An interest in mentoring, training, or supporting other laboratory professionals

The ability to help maintain efficient laboratory workflows
Prior lead experience is valuable, but experienced Histotechs interested in moving into leadership are also encouraged to inquire. Final eligibility depends on the hospital's requirements.
