Salary: $98,000–$120,000/year + Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance
An established pathology laboratory in the Cleveland, Ohio area is seeking an experienced Histology Laboratory Manager to oversee daily laboratory operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a current Histology Supervisor or experienced laboratory leader looking to advance into a management position!
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across the laboratory, including Histology and Anatomic Pathology.

Supervise laboratory personnel and coordinate workflows.

Maintain quality standards, regulatory compliance, and laboratory efficiency.

Support staff training, development, and operational improvements.

Collaborate with laboratory leadership to ensure accurate and timely results.
Qualifications:

Strong hands-on Histology experience required.

Previous laboratory supervisory or management experience.

Knowledge of histology workflows, laboratory quality standards, and operations.

Ability to lead and develop a laboratory team.
Compensation & Benefits:
