Greater Phoenix, AZ | $115,000–$140,000 + Sign-On Bonus + Relocation
Are you an experienced Histology Manager looking for a new leadership opportunity?
A dermatopathology laboratory in the Scottsdale area is seeking a Lab Operations Manager to oversee its laboratory operations.
The organization recently moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility and is looking for an experienced leader who can manage the team, maintain high-quality laboratory standards, and oversee day-to-day operations.
Position Overview:

Oversee all aspects of laboratory operations.

Lead Histology personnel and daily workflows.

Manage quality control, staffing, and operational efficiency.

Maintain regulatory compliance and laboratory standards.

Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to the team.
Qualifications:

HT(ASCP) or HTL(ASCP) certification required.

Previous experience managing a Histology laboratory required.

Strong leadership and operational management skills.

Master's degree preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:

$115K–$140K annual base salary
