Histology Laboratory Manager – Scottsdale, AZ
$115,000–$140,000 Annually + Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance
An established dermatopathology laboratory in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking an experienced Histology Laboratory Manager to oversee laboratory operations.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art laboratory facility!

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily laboratory operations, with a strong focus on Histology.

Manage laboratory staff, workflows, and productivity.

Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Lead staff development, training, and performance management.
-
Identify opportunities to improve laboratory efficiency.
Requirements:

HT(ASCP) or HTL(ASCP) certification required.

Previous Histology laboratory management experience required.

Strong knowledge of histology procedures, operations, and quality standards.

Master's degree preferred, but not required.
