Full-Time | Day Shift | $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Are you an experienced Histotechnologist ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Lead Histotechnologist for a permanent opportunity in the Miami area!
This is an excellent opportunity for a histology professional who enjoys hands-on laboratory work while helping lead a team and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily histology work flow and specimen preparation

Supervise embedding, sectioning, staining, and special procedures

Coordinate work flow to meet turnaround-time expectations

Monitor quality and troubleshoot technical issues

Collaborate with pathologists and laboratory staff
Qualifications
-
At least 5 years of histology experience
-
Active Florida license required
- CLS license required
-
ASCP certification preferred

Strong leadership and organizational skills
