Lead Histotechnologist – Miami Area, Florida
Permanent, Full-Time | Day Shift
Ready to bring your histology experience into a hands-on leadership role? KA Recruiting is seeking an experienced Lead Histotechnologist for a healthcare facility in the Miami area.
Position Highlights

Daytime schedule: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Lead daily histology workflow while remaining involved in bench work.
Responsibilities
-
Coordinate specimen preparation, sectioning, staining, and special testing.

Assign work and monitor quality and turnaround times.
-
Collaborate with pathologists on slide and stain quality.

Troubleshoot equipment and procedural issues and document corrective actions.
Requirements
-
At least five years of histology experience.

Laboratory and supervisory experience preferred
-
Current Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist or Supervisor license with appropriate histology qualifications.

ASCP certification preferred.
