NEW Histology Supervisor – Full-Time | Weekdays Only
Join a respected, high-volume laboratory recognized for quality, teamwork, and professional growth in the Salem, OR area. We’re seeking an experienced Histology Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure top-quality slide preparation and staining, and support a culture of accuracy and safety.
What You’ll Do:

Supervise and perform routine and special stain procedures
-
Oversee workflow, quality control, and equipment maintenance
-
Troubleshoot processing and staining issues
-
Champion safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced lab
What We’re Looking For:
-
Completion of a CAHEA/NAACLS-accredited Histotechnology program
-
ASCP (HT) certification required
-
1+ year of histology or high-complexity testing experience (2+ years preferred)
-
Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
