NEW Grossing Technician – Full Time

We’re looking for a Grossing Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. This is a great opportunity to apply your skills in a fast-paced lab environment while contributing to meaningful patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Accession, label, and process surgical specimens accurately

• Perform gross descriptions and dissections of routine specimens

• Document anatomic features and ensure proper tissue selection for slides

• Maintain specimen integrity and patient identification throughout processing

• Escalate complex or non-routine specimens to senior staff as needed

• Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with lab standards

What You’ll Bring

• Associate degree in chemical, physical, or biological science, or medical lab technology (required)

• 1 year of lab training or grossing experience preferred

• State licensure if required by law

• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to patient care

Bonus points if you have:

• 2+ years of grossing or lab experience in a high-volume setting
