Histotechnician Opportunity | Innovative Genomic Diagnostics | Tues–Sat, 12–8:30 PM | San Diego, CA

We’re partnering with an industry-leading molecular diagnostics company that’s transforming cancer care through genomic innovation — and they’re hiring a Histotechnician to join their San Diego-based team. This is a full-time, onsite role with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule (12:00 PM – 8:30 PM).

What You’ll Do:

• Perform all core histology tasks: embedding, microtomy, H&E staining, grossing, and reagent prep

• Maintain and troubleshoot high-complexity lab equipment

• Contribute to workflow and QA process improvements

• Support lab operations, training, and compliance efforts

Who They’re Looking For:

• ASCP-certified HT or HTL

• At least 2 years of experience in high-complexity clinical lab testing

• Skilled in cutting high-quality sections from a wide variety of specimens

• Detail-oriented with excellent technical and documentation skills

• Prior leadership or training experience a plus
